I’m on my second time doing the dumbbell tone journey, it used to be well balanced giving me upper and lower days with some core but now I’m not getting any lower body workouts, it’s focused on upper body, barely any core and I just get the same 2 sessions over and over again??? Sorry in advance if this is the wrong category, I’m just trying to figure out why this is happening.

The most obvious question would be, are there more weights available for the coach or are you already using your max.
Despite that, you shouldn’t get the two same sessions over and over again.
Can you add a bit more context or picture to it?

I have higher weights available but it’s been using the same 3-4 for everything.
After posting this I finally got asked to review my latest workout and I went with the getting same workouts over and over again option, so IT FINALLY SWITCHED but I hate that it won’t give me balanced routines, they’re all focused on upper body.

Maybe my question was misleading, available means it’s added in settings as well, so coach can make use of it?
Let’s say you have performed the day you shared, how does your feedback look like and also how do you felt? Was it enough, too heavy, too easy?
Finally, how many workout days you have selected?
Yes, I’ve added all of the weights to coach but it never goes above the 3 lightest
Usually could’ve done 1-2 more reps
3 days/week, but everyday is structured the same way: 1 bottom exercise, 3-4 upper, 1 core.
I’ve done the same journey and can tell you that the split is way better when doing 4 sessions per week. You’ll get 2 lower body and 2 upper body including some core at the end. You could tell the coach to do 4 but only do 3.
I like to point out that this way you will break the perfect week streak (if this is a topic for you. If the perfect week is not of interest for you, that’s absolutely a way to go.)
