Hi there, have been doing freeletics for some months now.
I have some equipement in my app, dumbells. Some are in pairs some are single. I have 2 pairs a 15 kg and a single 30 kg. In my dumbell squats I have 10x30 kg. Is that 10 times with two dumbells by 30 kg each? It does not make sence as I do not have pair of 30 kg. When I removed my 30 kg dumbell from the list of available equipment, the app updated the exercise to 16 x 28 kg… (I have a single 28 kg dumbell). Can anyone explain?
Another thing - I have finished one dumbell programm (42 days), I wanted to continue, but on a higher level. But the app seems to “disregard” all feedbacks and logs from the previous sessions. Starts with some dumb questions like what I can do in 4 different excercises. Do I miss something? Why can not it just adjust the level for the new 42 sessions? Isn’t it AI enhanced?
Not sure but I beleive when you refer in dumbells be or not in pair and their weight, when the app says 30kg will be the total in this case of the squads.
Regarding to the continuation of the program/journey it is something i like to know, as if we are enjoying the journey and we are getting some progress will be great to continue the journey instead restart.
Usually the coach tells you if he wants you to use doubles but the weight he tells you is always the total, so if you have 2x 15kg and he says 2x 30kg It means you should have 30kg in total. Hope you understand what I mean haha. And he suggest you do the 28kg one bc it’s the closest to 30kg.
The journeys will always ask for the weight at the beginning of the journey. But professionals would look at that regularly as well. And according to that you’ll start the journey again.
(With bodyweight journeys he doesn’t ask something like that)
