Hi, there used to be an exclude body parts feature. Now on the coach it has an exclude exercises feature. I have a sore lower back and want to flag this to not allocate me exercises that will aggravate that. Is there still am exclude body parts feature or is it Now on me to go through each workout and consider each exercise to exclude individually?

This still exists for all Training Journeys, although it does look different for Ultimate Strength. For Ultimate Strength, you instead have the ability to change the session focus, to for example, focus on Upper Body.
