Exclusion of exercise types

Hi,

I’m new here and would like to know if it is possible to exclude certain types of exercises in the app. I know it is possible to exclude up to 10 exercises (which I have done), but this is not enough as I would like to remove all exercises that require flat hand support, such as push-ups, downward facing dog, lunges and reaches.

Do you have any idea how I could adapt this ?

Hi, I don’t think there is a way to do this. May I ask if you’re having wrist pain? I have a chronic issue and get wrist pain occasionally for the past ~11 years. If this is relevant to you and if you haven’t tried it, I could share a few of the most impactful things I use:

  • doing things like planks and pushups using fists rather than palms (or parallettes)
  • wearing stabilizing wrist bands when working out
  • wearing a medical wrist restrainer - as a minimum during the night when sleeping, or even during the day when having especially bad flareups
