Exercise intensity level

In TJs, including dumbbells and kettlebells, the pace that needs to be maintained separately for each interval is shown with a new colored graphic symbol in 5 levels. On the other hand, the old 3 levels graphic symbol is still visible. Old and new graphic symbols with together are confusing. I think it’s enough that 3 levels for pace. And of course with the be coloured are nice


If this is not a symbol for pace, exactly “exercise intensity level” as it is called, what should a freeathlete do to manage the own process?

What can be done in practice after the coach has determined the number of repetitions, weight and rest time.

After the athlete completes the training, if the level of difficulty does not match the feeling, is it a warning to understand that something is wrong, for example?
