Exercises programmed without Skill Progression complete

I haven’t completed the 1st Milestone of Pistol Squats skill progression, however, I have been programmed to do Pistol Squats.

This is in the first session of the Hardcore Journey.

Is this a bug or is the coach trying to figure out what I can and can’t do?

This has also happened with Dragonflags in the past during the Hybrid Journey. I was repeatedly programmed to do dragonflags when I was far from completing that skill progression.

The first week of a Journey is always assessment, that’s why the coach is testing you some (advanced) skills :relaxed:
