FL as secondary exercise program

It would be nice if the user could tell the Coach, if Freeletics is the user´s primary form of excercise, or if FL is in support role. If one has another sport as a main form of exercise and has several heavy training sessions each week, then the FL workouts might be too much to add to the total workout load during the week. Still, the user might not benefit from Journeys like Start Strong or 15 Minute Fitness.

For example, if one trains martial arts, Explosive Calisthenics or some running Journey might be perfect as a supportive workout program, but it could easily be too much to recover from with the martial arts workouts increasing the training load.

If you could tell Freeletics that it was the secondary app, what would you expect it would do?

I am in a similar boat now. I decided to do gym by myself 2 days a week now and to add bouldering. This leaves less time for Freeletics, so I picked up Explosive Calisthenics at 2 times a week only. I adjust the intensity of each of the two Freeletics workout depending on how I feel. So far it works for me.
