Force Velocity Training Plan

Hello,

I am a user of freeletics for a long time. But I am also a martial artist.
I would find a training plan which is a force-velocity profiling.

I am not a sport expert, so I don’t know how to recognise if exercices are to force-velocity profiling. With the idea of developing an explosive force. For better punch but also for grappling.

Some time ago, there was a special training plan for combat sports. But I don’t see it in the training plan lists anymore…

Could you please enlighten me about this?

There is a journey called Explosive Strength that would likely be right up your alley. It has a lot more plyometric (explosive) exercises like squat jumps and clapping pushups than some of the other strength based journeys.
