I would find a training plan which is a force-velocity profiling.
I am not a sport expert, so I don’t know how to recognise if exercices are to force-velocity profiling. With the idea of developing an explosive force. For better punch but also for grappling.
Some time ago, there was a special training plan for combat sports. But I don’t see it in the training plan lists anymore…
