I finished my training journey this week and wanted to try something different - I saw there’s this calisthenics one which I hadn’t noticed before, is this new? I’ve been wanting to get more into calisthenics training lately so I was quite excited when I saw this. Will give it a go this weekend but would be interested to hear what others think of this journey!
Hi Ryan, based on the name, it seems like a new training journey since in my version of the app (latest beta version), I see ‘explosive strength.’ Could you share some screenshots of the app, like the training journey selection screen, the page with the workout session, or any other useful details? I’m really curious. Thanks a lot!
