With the aim of improving my physical shape in an integral way (without the need for competition), I’d like to choose my training plans by alternating strength, aerobic, anaerobic or mixed training, etc.
That’s what I’ve been doing, but intuitively, with good results, i.e. after finishing an aerobic plan, for example, I go on to a strength or mixed plan, until the end.
Thinking about the long term, is there a tool in Freeletics that can help us plan this route? (macro-cycles and its meso-cycles which would be the recommended Training Plans for each phase)
