happy new year everyone! I want to kick this year off with a muscle gaining journey.
Before I make a decision I would like to get some input from you if you have completed the Ultimate strength and the db gain journeys.
Is one of them better suited to achieve mainly muscle gain? I finished the DB gain journey last year once but found the high amount of sets pretty annoying from time to time and it never maxed out the weights I have available in favor of higher weights instead of 6-7 sets and lower weights.
Equipment wise I have 4x Dumbbells up to 27.5 KG, a Kettlebell, Dip Bars a Bench and resistance bands.
I started the Ultimate Strength Journey in December but it seems a bit random at times, hence the question if one of these two journeys is a better fit for my goals.
