Just looking for feedback on DB gain, have people seen good results from it, good muscle gain? Did the lack of conditioning affect your overall fitness?
I’ve only done a few sessions and although I’ve enjoyed them it’s quite different to traditional weight training programs. I’ve just come off 3 x weight free gain journeys back to back and definitely enjoying a different way to train so far.
I am hoping to pack on some size so just looking for reassurance it will work.
