I recently added gliding disks to my equipment, and when selecting the “I need to train silently” modifier, I got the gliding burpees exercise.
Is that intentional? I assume that since there’s a jump, gliding burpees won’t be classified as silent.
I got renegade rows during silent workouts as well. Hardly silent
