First time doing a journey (dumbbell gain) and enjoying it loads. Unfortunately I just twisted my ankle playing basketball and I am afraid I will not be able to do any leg related exercises. Can I switch days? Like doing tomorrow the training that I am supposed to do two days from now as it is upper body based?

I have a follow up question :
If I see that I need to rest for a couple of days, when I get back to training form do you reckon it’s best to start working out from the last training session that I missed and offset the whole journey? Or should I just skip missed sessions and do the ones scheduled in each calendar day?
Your missed sessions will be postponed until you’re back - but after several days (ten, or so) you will be asked if you want to restart or continue your journey.
So no worries about missed sessions, they are waiting for you to return.
