How to schedule a week off

Hi there,

Any way to program in a week off from coach training ?

I can’t train over the next week and the minimum session I can put for a week is 2 not 0

Hi, I don’t think so :confused:
Just keep the two, and when you miss them, they will move to the next scheduled day. I believe the only thing that’s going to be affected is the consistency score, but not your journey.
Alternatively, if you’re travelling and there some chance that you can sneak in a very small workout, on the day of the session use the adapt option to say you have no equipment and have not more than 15 min.

Hi @nicholas_ellul , @Sofia is correct, you cannot schedule a week off per se. However, if you simply do not train, the workouts will be pushed back to the week after.
