Hybrid force training journey without the rack

Hi, for my next training journey I’d like to try hybrid strength but I’m wondering if the rack is absolutely necessary?
I’m thinking of investing in a weight bench with foldable tilting candle. Will the exercises suggested by the coach during this training journey be feasible with this equipment?

I was thinking that for the squat, for example, it’s possible to use the candles as a support. Obviously I wouldn’t go for the muscular failure as there’s none of the safety of a rack. I’m sure it’s not ideal, but I really don’t have the space for a rack.

Hi @patoularillete , yeah I think that could work! Maybe make sure to drop the bar gently when squatting.
Can you slide the candle up to shoulder level?
