Hybrid Strength

I want to start the « Hybrid Strength » journey but it’s not clear to me what I need. I have barbell, dumbells, pull up bar but no bench and no rack. Will the coach adapt or I absolutely need bench and rack?

Hey and welcome to the forum :slight_smile:
As far as I know, the coach would still give you exercises with bench and rack, because it is mandatory to have these in this journey.

Hi @marcantoinebergeron0, @gameonplayer is correct! a rack and a bench are mandatory as th Coach will give you bench presses and barbell squat/front squat during your Heavy days.

In saying that, you can replace bench presses with floor presses, and adapt along the way. For squat rack, you can always clean the barbell first but you might not be able to go as heavy as you could.
