As I know HYROX more oriented with cardio. So selecting cardio based journeys or running based would be beneficial I think

What does your training look like now and what is your experience? It is a little difficult to answer without knowing it, but I am going to make some assumptions.
Freeletics is great for building both strength and endurance that are needed for Hyrox.
However, Hyrox has specific stations and machines that are not in Freeletics - e.g. sled push/pull, . It’d be very good for you to have used them beforehand - if you haven’t? You should also make sure to include some running.
Perhaps, either Hybrid Strength or Hybrid Running would be a good journey since they include runs as well. I’d suggest to enable all the equipment in the settings, and it would be good to have access to the gym, to amplify your strength training.

Hi there, which HYROX are you planning on doing - I’m waiting on 2026 dates for the UAE.
I wouldn’t bother with HYROX / Crossfit apps (in my humble opinion). Depending on what equipment you have access to, I would strongly recommend doing “Hyrid Strength” if you can manage 5 days a week, you’ll get 2 days of barbell (upper and lower), 2 days strength and 1 day God (ie HIIT). Alternately, “Ultimate Strength” is also great if you choose “Traditional and HIIT”. Again, a lot depends on the equipment you have access to. Also, it’s worth remembering that HYROX is 50% running, so make sure you get plenty of it. Hope that helps and best of luck!
