Improvement suggestion

Hello as a 3 years freeletics user below is my reflexion on the opportunities:

  • A pause button would be a must ( the belt is ringing (deliveries of your freeletics dumbells , or baby is crying , phone ringing … this is true stories and even if we targetting the no excuse approach on those we need to act :slight_smile: .
  • on the difficulties , would be good to skip / change ( more or less difficult ) in the wod
  • on the hardcord we should be able to add our equipment most of the time only the pull up bar is needed
  • Last, when we chose a program would be good to have a minimum / best schedule by default that we could select this would help to see the minimum required if we want to see real benefits of the program selected

I don’t fully understand the request, for most Training Journeys, this option exists in the “Adapt session” widget :+1:t2:

Freeletics Hardcore is our most challenging Training Journey. It is deliberately designed to require no other equipment other than a Pullup Bar.

You’ll see great results as long as you train consistently and pay attention to your nutrition, making sure it’s in line with what you want to achieve, no matter if you train 2 days a week or 5 days a week. One might help you reach the goal quicker, but that’s really not a given.

  1. Super happy to know that we can pause :slight_smile: thanks for the tips . :slight_smile:
  2. Maybe an example would be helpfull . the flow is a) clapping push up b) leg raise c) squat . And for any reason i don’t like b) either you d like to skip it or make it more difficult … but you can’t . if you use the widget , all the program will be more or less difficult not only one specific exercise .
  3. the hardcore was an example ( no the good one because it s on purpose ^^) . But if we want to use dumbell , or band , or any equipment bought on freeletics shop we can’t integrate it in the routine . Example you do 3 workout a week , you can’t set the app to use the dumbell at least once a week .
    then on the equipment avilability the choice is " i have or i don’t have equipment" . Maybe in a day you have your dumbell or your band but not your kettlebell …
    i see that as opportunities but so far still super happy with the app
