I finished ⅓ auf the running and Hit journey.
Now I hurt my calf and cannot run anymore?
What are my options?
Only to cancel the journey and start e.g. dumbbell journey?
Or can I otherwise continue with the journey?
Hi @stefankoegeler you could also complete the Journey and adapting every session to “could not run” - but this would not give your injured calf the needed rest.
In case the base, DAS and perfect week badge are important to you, I would switch the Journey to a more upper body focused one (like the KB or DB one) - otherwise I would take the rest my body needs to recover from injury.
