Hi I am 9 weeks into 12 week HIIT and Run weight loss and have an injury that may mean I can’t run over the next month . Should I change programs or just keep telling the app I can’t run whenever running is the required activity?

I personally hate unfinished business but I depends on your injury.
Does it hold you back from some exercises too then you might adjust the session anyway by using quick adapt.
But please listen to your body and dig deeper were the issue came from. Shoes, footstrike, overuse injuries and check how to adjust, otherwise you will run into a similar issue later.
