I’m looking for a journey recommendation. Is there a crossover between Weightless Gain and either Cardio Burn or HIIT & Run Weight Loss. What I want to do is two to three times muscle and two to the times cardio a week. At the same time, I do not feel ready for Shred & Burn. Any ideas?
I’d say, just try shred and burn the coach will adapt to your level but it will still be a challenge (on your level )
I found Strength and Stamina to be a good mix of cardio and strength. But if you want to have the focus be more on the strength side then Shred & Burn is a great option!
