Just started, training sessions are very hard

I just started training using the app at home, I selected my equipment (8kg kettlebell, foam roller, elastics) and the app proposed me the kettlebell journey, today was my second workout.

Coach is making me workout everyday, today it was legs.

Coach put me 8 rounds with 100s of Goblet lounges with the 8kg kettlebell + 60s Side lounges, I can barely do regular lounges, I have no idea how am I supposed to the Goblet one with weight for 8 times. Besides that there are more workouts or 8 rounds, including Sumo Pulls, superman etc.

Honestly feels completely inappropriate for a beginner, I tried to find an option to ask for alternative exercise or modify the suggested session but there is no way to do it. I also would like to change another exercise, the ground superman, because I literally have no space to do it in the room.

Feel like Coach is completely misinterpreting my level of fitness.
Help is appreciated.

Hey, this journey is not to be done with just one kettlebell. You should rather switch to a bodyweight one then and depending of you’re a man or woman 8kg is quite a lot and I would advise you to exclude it completely. Especially if you’re a beginner and don’t have a lot of body strength and body tension you should wait with that until you’re a bit fitter. Don’t want to assume but that’s just me thinking about my first journey and my fitness level..

Hello

Don’t you have an “adapt session” button? (I don’t know what it’s called on your app as mine isn’t in English.

In it you can say whether you have room, change the difficulty, etc.
Also, I’ve recently been given some advice: if it’s too hard, for the time being look for a less hard exercise for this time.
For example, instead of doing a “pushup”, do a “knee pushup”
At the end of the series, the application normally asks you to note down your series and whether you succeeded, whether it was too difficult, etc. At that point, you can indicate which exercise you didn’t manage to do.

I think it’s the same for everyone who has started with this application. The application needs to get to know you, so I’d say 1-2 weeks and then it will be very well calibrated to your level.

Absolutely this. If you just have a single weight available to you, please don’t do this Training Journey, even with 2 or 3 I would not suggest doing it.
