Hello everyone, i have been doing the coach for a month. Overall happy and see progress but for the past two weeks I’m noticing some knee pain , especially the right knee. I can imagine this is due to form so i have tried to be extra mindful on the technique but it is going away. Should i take a week off or until the pain goes away. Ps. The pain is only when bending the knee.
