Hello everyone, i have been doing the coach for a month. Overall happy and see progress but for the past two weeks Iām noticing some knee pain , especially the right knee. I can imagine this is due to form so i have tried to be extra mindful on the technique but it is going away. Should i take a week off or until the pain goes away. Ps. The pain is only when bending the knee.

This could be a form issue, but it could also be a biomechanics issue that is beyond what Freeletics can adjust for or the ability of the community to help with. See a PT and ask for ways to adjust the program for your needs. Also, checkout Knees Over Toes Guy on YouTube for some great knee strengthening strategies (again, work with a PT on this but it is a great resource for you to learn for yourself)
If this showed up in only a month, it is likely not something that will go away with only a week off. You should see a PT.
