Looking for suggestion on single exercise to burn stomach fat

Hello Freeletics Community, I am currently doing “fit for life” training journey, I am looking for single exercises to burn tummy fat(especially lower tummy fat) can you please suggest single exercises to do after my daily training ( I train 5 days in a week)

There is no exercise to burn specific fat. You burn fat in the kitchen and not in the training, and especially tummy fat can be (depending on your genetics) very hard to lose so you’ll need to be consistent with that



Unfortunately targeting belly fat is a myth.

In most cases, belly fat (specifically lower belly fat) is the last to go and it takes sustainable calorie deficit and consistency over long period of time depending on how much fat percentage you are currently on.
