i have missed one day in the challenge because the synchro of my garmin happened the day after . How can i integrate this into the base to avoid to lose the flow ?
Hi. The Freeletics app isn’t synching with Google fit for some reason. I have activities logged in Google fit and the Freeletics app has the sync with health connect activiated. So because of this, the only activities that are counted for the base are the ones done in the Freeletics app and I can’t enter the challenge. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Freeletics but it remains the same. Thanks.
Hi so I completed a full week of base last week but last night I was doing my coach session, it carried over into today as it was around 11:40pm last night. I was expecting to have a 7 day streak after completing the session but instead of counting that session as Sunday’s it counted it for today instead meaning my streak has now reset to 1. Any way technical support can fix this at all? Seems a bit unfair really
Still… this could have been tested before launching this challenge.
A lot of people, such as myself, have missed their daily streak because of this bug and have now lost any chance to enter the draw for those amazing prizes…
This challenge was meant to motivate people to exercise but, at least in my case, I find this situation very demotivating. ![]()

We’ve discussed the trouble that a lot of you have been having, syncing your external Base activities to the app, and we’re sorry for that ![]()
First of all, I need to make clear that if a day has not been counted in your 17 minute daily Base streak so far, there is unfortunately no option to complete it manually or retroactively.
We now try to focus on solutions.
Firstly, as we shared previously, we’ll soon release an update that should help those of you facing sync issues, this should be available to you all next week.
If your streak has been broken, you can still participate in the second half of the challenge. For this you want to have a Base streak of at least 13 days between 16th - 31st January.
There are a couple of things you can do to make sure your Base does sync:
- Always make sure that your streak is visible by opening your Freeletics app after your activity has been completed and logged in your respective Health App.
- If it does not immediately show, confirm the activity is already synced to your Health app, and then force close the Freeletics app and reopen it. You want that blue progress bar to show at least 17 minutes every single day.
We do understand how frustrating it is for those of you that got their streak broken, and this is why we have today decided to run this contest again later this year, with prizes, so that you will have a second chance to participate in this complete challenge.
Please remember that you only activities that you actively record will count towards your Base. Activities that are passively tracked, for example Step counters, will not count towards your Base even though they might appear in your respective Health app.

Could you help me please! I did the streak until now for 10 days with more than 17 min per day, but it was never occurring with number of streak. What is the reason for that? Do I still take part in the competition? Thank you very much! Best wishes Lisa

I’ve been syncing everyday & my streak was lot after 11 days. When I look back everyday has been synced- but my streak doesn’t show.
Is this a known glitch? I reported it last week with no reply

Yeah, this would be expected. Let me explain how the app records your Freeletics workout compared to how it records your Base.
If you start a Freeletics workout on one day and it rolls over, for whatever reason, to the following day, it will be saved in the app on the day it was started.
The time taken to complete the workout will count towards your Base on the day the workout was completed.
Just something to be aware of if training late at night in the future.

You do need to open the app every day in order to sync your Base. If you had trouble syncing, make sure to update your app, and you’ve got a fantastic chance to win the prizes for the second half of this challeng-you just need a 13 day streak between today, January 16, and the end of the month ![]()
If you don’t open the app and sync your external activities after you have done them each day, your current streak will end ![]()
