Dumbbell journey - your feedbacks

Hi everyone!

I am currently on the hybrid barbell journey and potentially looking at trying out the Dumbbell journey afterwards.
I was wondering what was everyone’s experience so far on this journey? In terms of diversity, strength gains, muscle gain and overall enjoyment of the journey.


I actually tried it for a few days before I dropped it. It’s actually good. Like how the specifically tell you what weight to use for individual workouts. Can’t tell you more than that. I stopped doing it cause I wanted to lose weight before bulking up.
