Optional 'lighter' coach session

Every month I ask myself the same question:
Is there a way to do training sessions that are adapted to the menstrual cycle, aka optional lighter versions of a session?

You could use the quick adapt and choose either “have to train quietly” (no jumps), “no time” or “adjust difficulty”.

Personally I don’t use these options while menstruation. I’m suffering from endometriosis and exercising helps me resolve menstrual cramps.
