Hi,
I’m doing the Hybrid Strength Journey and there are exercises that use single plates. The plate values are not standard, for example the exercise will call for a 40 lb plate when the usual gym plate is 45 lbs. there does not seem to be a place to change the available weights like you can in the Barbell and Kettlebell journeys.
Any way to get this adjusted other than using the coach button each time I do the excercise ?
