Providing Feedback During Hybrid Strength Training

Dear Freeletics Support,

I’m currently following the Hybrid Strength Training Journey, and I have a question about providing feedback during my training sessions.

When I’m completing a workout, I can adjust the weight and repetitions as needed. After finishing an interval, I’m prompted to rate both the intensity and my technique.

In total, there are four feedback points where I can provide input. However, I’m not entirely sure how to give feedback in specific situations. For example:

If my technique is good but the weight feels too heavy, where should I reflect this feedback?
Could you please clarify how I should approach these feedback options to ensure the training program adapts properly?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hey

So, the feedback questions you are asked vary according to whether you did a weights session or a bodyweight session. Re your question

This is the feedback screen shown for a weights session

You should select either “Too heavy” or “Way too heavy” and “Good” or “Excellent” in such a case.

I would say there’s an argument to be made that if your technique is “Excellent” it’s not really compatible to finding the last set “Way too heavy”, but I suppose it is possible in some cases.
