Hi,
I’ve just finished the "Ultimate Strength" Journey and am now starting "Ultimate Burn."
Alongside the Journey, I still run about 12 km a week. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to integrate that into the Strength Journey. From what I’ve read, though, that’s supposed to be different with the Burn Journey.
So, I have a few questions. I’d be happy if someone could answer even just one of them. 😊
1. If the Burn Journey prescribes a steady run of 58–61 minutes, does it matter if I run for, say, 90 minutes instead, or does the run cut off after the hour is up?
2. For the steady run, does it matter how far I actually run within the allotted time? Is it just about the act of running itself?
3. A while back, I had an problem where runs tracked via the freeletics app would simply cut off at some point; I stopped using the app for tracking because of that and relied solely on my watch and syncing the data at the end. However, since that wouldn't count towards the Journey integration, I need it to work properly again. Does anyone have experience with this?
Thanks for your help.
Best regards
First thing, I hate to carry my phone with me, so I never use the app to track the distance.
I manually track all runs, ultimate strength and ultimate burn shouldn’t be different how to manage runs.
For ultimate strength you can switch focus to running only and can run shorter or longer, for me this has never been a problem.

steady run defines a heart rate range and duration to serve the purpose, you can run longer with no harm
-
Distance doesn’t matter as this is highly individual how many kilometer you can cover. What matters is pulse range and duration

As you wrote, syncing matters but the app doesn’t automatically take that for the workout. I add the run manually instead of carrying my phone around
