Hi everyone, my gf is about to quit and is afraid to gain extra weight.
Anybody had this experience before? Which particular training session would you recommend?

Hi Tcham,
I actually started training with Freeletics right after quitting smoking. It helped my mind keeping busy and avoid cravings. Congratulations to her for taking this step
Personally, I didn’t have any issue with weight as I started Freeletics simultaneously as I quit smoking, but if she is afraid that could happen, maybe she can choose a more cardio focus journey? In the loose weight section of the journey tab, something with 2 or 3 points in cardio.
