Rest between training

I am using the app for almost 6 months now and I am happy to use it. One question I have is related to the rest between training. I am doing muscle gain and rest between each activity is around 1 min or so.

However, I have read at numerous places that rest should be between 2-3 mins (at minimum).

Can anyone pls help me in understanding this.

I also rest about a minute and do it for 1,5y now :laughing::muscle:

Hi @Shallwani , if you are doing bodyweight muscle gain, you can take a shorter rest period, as suggested by the app. 2-3 min is usually for heavy weights/barbells training.
