Rest days - what do you get up to?

Hey everyone :wave:t2:

I’m interested in spicing up my active recovery days so I’m looking for a bit of inspiration and wondering what you all get up to on days that you aren’t training hard :+1:t2:

I do like the occasional hike, and try to head to the mountains a couple of times a month! I’ll try to make you a bit jealous and I’ll be happy if anyone “one-ups” me with their own rest day activity :joy:

I do daily walks (about 1 hour) on weekdays, so I do that on my weekday rest day, but what I’ve started doing recently on both rest days is some yoga! It’s a good way to get moving and stretch a bit without doing a full-blown workout.


I always think I should be doing a bit of Yoga-or at least some more stretching :see_no_evil: This is definitely something I should try and fit in on “days off” :+1:t2:

Do you do a class or just some routines that you know already?
