I’m interested in spicing up my active recovery days so I’m looking for a bit of inspiration and wondering what you all get up to on days that you aren’t training hard
I do like the occasional hike, and try to head to the mountains a couple of times a month! I’ll try to make you a bit jealous and I’ll be happy if anyone “one-ups” me with their own rest day activity
I do daily walks (about 1 hour) on weekdays, so I do that on my weekday rest day, but what I’ve started doing recently on both rest days is some yoga! It’s a good way to get moving and stretch a bit without doing a full-blown workout.
