I have been using Freeletics for about two months, training bodyweight 3 times a week consistently. Coach tends to give me the same exercises throughout different sessions but today I got hit with 2 of the the same exercises on 2 intervals one after the other. I find this a bit strange, mostly with the reverse chops which is pretty exhausting with the resistance weight Iām using. Iām wondering if this is normal, an error in the algorithm or the coach is just trying to destroy my shoulders
