Same exercises during the same session

Hi,

I have been using Freeletics for about two months, training bodyweight 3 times a week consistently. Coach tends to give me the same exercises throughout different sessions but today I got hit with 2 of the the same exercises on 2 intervals one after the other. I find this a bit strange, mostly with the reverse chops which is pretty exhausting with the resistance weight Iā€™m using. Iā€™m wondering if this is normal, an error in the algorithm or the coach is just trying to destroy my shoulders :joy:

No this is normal, I had that happen to me too often, and I struggle with it as well. Just give appropriate feedback and give your best :slight_smile:
