Hi, I’m interested in doing strength training at home. I have access to dumbbells and a kettle bell but no bench, pull-up bar or any other equipment. Can Freeletics generate routines for me that follow this limitation? I found some relevant info in the user guide but not a specific answer on this. Thanks!
If you choose a bodyweight journey and add your equipment, the coach will give you intervals including your equipment.
It is also possible doing the Dumbbell or Kettlebell Journey without a bench (here, no Pullup-Bar is necessary as far as I remember).
