I am currently following a programm combining running and Hiit. I would like to set running session on wednesday but I do not know how to do it ! In the option you can notify “i do not want to run” while “I want to run” does not exist !
Hey @black.comedon , I am not super familiar with the Running Journeys, but you can chose whatever day you to do throughout the week. So for example, if you run is schedule for Friday but you want to do it on Wednesday, then just start your Friday workout on Wednesday and the rest of the week will update accordingly. Then the following week will be on the same schedule.
