I’m new to this forum and I’m hoping you can help. I’ve been using Freeletics for about six months now and I absolutely love it!
I’ve completed the Dumbbells journey twice and I’m curious about my next steps. I only have dumbbells, a pull-up bar, and a resistance band, as I work out at home.
Should I keep repeating the Dumbbells journey, or is there a better option? I’ve considered buying kettlebells to try the Kettlebells journey, but I’m hesitant about the extra cost. What do you think? Any advice from more experienced Freeletics users would be greatly appreciated.
Depending on your goals you could try a bodyweight journey in which you could use your pullup bar more often with additional dumbbells (but without weight suggestions anymore…) and resistance bands. I did the kettlebell journey and I have to say… it gets repetetive and doesn’t have a good split imo, especially if you look at the db journey. Some bw journeys are quite cool and you could mix for a few it up for a few months if you’d like to ^^

Thank you for your suggestion. I’m considering starting the ‘Weights Free Gain’ journey after reading your post. My primary goal is to build muscle mass. Could you please recommend any other journeys (besides ‘Weights Free Gain’) that might be more suitable for my objective?
