Question to anybody who is interested in mobility and stretching. Do you rely on the freeletics options or do you prefer GOWOD ? I am not sure that the options in Freeletics are sufficient enough but maybe they are. That’s why I am asking for experiences.
I used GOWOD for half a year two years ago.
It’s good but it was way too boring for me - mostly the same routine.
And it’s really inaccurate because you measure your mobility in their mobility test on your own.
I decided to go back to Mady Morrison’s routines on YouTube. They are really good and helpful in all situations in life.
I’ve been going to a Thai massage once a week for many years and after I started Mady Morrison’s stretch routines (about four years ago), my masseuse immediately noticed after a few weeks that I had significantly less tension.
Thank you very much for your view. Personally I find streching in freeletics a little bit imperfect (politely said) and therefore looking for alternative and experience of other people. So, the GOWOD app seems to be better for me, I will give it a try at least. I will check your videos too. Maybe I have an advantage because I don’t mind boring sessions. Anyway, any sessions in Gowod ,youtube or wherever cannot be logged in Freeletics. It means Samsung Health remains my primary log. In my opinion as long as Freeletics promotes the Base concept, it should enable manual input if any activitity. But it’s just a remark. Have a nice rest of the day.
