Stuck on 'Finish Assessment'

I resumed my subscription after a break, but I’m unable to start my training journey. In the Coach tab, it keeps prompting me to ‘finish assessment.’ After I answer three questions, it returns to the same page and asks to ‘finish assessment’ again, creating a loop.

Additionally, the ‘Change Journey’ button seems to be missing, so I can’t switch journeys either.

Troubleshooting Steps I’ve Tried:

  • Cleared cache and data in the app settings.
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
  • Restarted my Samsung Fold 6.

Can you take a screen recording (or individual screenshots showing each screen) of you completing the Journey Assessment and share this? There’s going to be something that the Coach is missing in the settings, as a tip 99% of the time it’s to do with the Pull-Up Bar.

You can’t change Training Journey mid-way through the assessment, so once you complete this you’ll have an option to change Journey should you wish to.

Strange, but I see the potential cause :frowning_face:

Can you first of all correct your birthday by logging in to your account on our website and then hitting the link below which will take you to your profile settings :point_down:t2:

Then delete the app and reinstall it, before logging back in. You’ll be able to choose a new Training Journey.
