Recently i bought Power Rack 900 but I have to add separate equipment instead of entire rack. So I added a lot of equipment in app Coach settings:
bench
dumbbells
kettleball
plate
pole
pullup bar
barbell
lat pulldown station
leg lift station
pushup bars
rack
I have choosen “Ultimate Strenght” training session which is for advanced users but I dont know what to choose becease I NEED to have training journey set.
Then I tried to use “Train with your equipment” featue but it propose me trainings for part of my equipment like:
dumbbells
kelleball
leg lift station
lat pulldown station
pushup bars
So it could create training for 5 of 11 of my equipment which is disappointed. I dont see even workout for bench and barbell which is essential!
How the Coach could propose me workout for ALL of my equipment?
Hey @manisko , you can adjust all your equipment in your coach setting, the “C” cog button on the top right hand corner of your Coach page. you can all the equiments listed above in your message (all the one you have).
I am on the Ulitmate Strength journey as well and have bb bench press, db bench press and db inclined bench press, so I’m sure you will have these in the future.
Hi @manisko , in the Coach setting of Ultimate Strength, have you selected all 3 methods of training, or at least “Traditional Strength”? I think this is the main mode for Barbell, db, kb work.
I still dont see any training with barbell and bench I got.
No bench press in “Ulitmate Strenght” journey.
No bench press in “Train with your equipment”.
Hi @manisko , I think the issue might come from the duration of the workout.
I noticed the same thing, whenever I do shorter session, less than 30 min, it always assigns me circuit style strength training instead of blocks, and no bench as well.
Can you try to put 45-60 in the workout duration to see if that fixes it? Or 30-45?
I changed session duration to 30-45 and I see bench workout in the journey. In “Train with your equipment” it changed nothing. But at least it is something so now i can train with bench.

That would be 25kg total, you can adjust the weight during the workout by clicking on the “C” button on the top right hand corner during the exercise. Let the Coach know the weight you’re doing and it will adapt all future sessions.
It probably just doesn’t know you enough at the moment
