I have a problem.
I really don’t like the workouts.
They are too short and too easy.
Today, it gave me 7 minutes of main exercises with 3 exercises.
And it says it’s a strength training session.
Come on.
Seriously???
And I really don’t like that it doesn’t ask me how the workout went at the end of the session. Zero feedback.
I chose the kettlebell program.
I train 5 times a week.
I’m on the 4th day of using the app.
But I’ve been training on my own for years.
