Do you know if is possible to set up multiple training journeys in a training week (mon / fri)?
I.e. if I am training on weights free gain with assisted coach on mon wed and fri can I start a running journey on tue and thu without loose all the records and achievements in the weights free one?
Hello @Salvo , no, sorry, itβs not possible. But Freeletics has recently added a lot of features, now there are plans that you can choose and add. These will appear in the weekly coach view but will not cause any change.

I still use old gym app. Lots of compound exercises and Great overall strength increase, but I donβt see this in the barbell gain TJ. Iβd love to see it on the freeletics app.
