Training with medical condition

Hello everyone, first of all I want to thank all the coaches and this community. I love freeletics.

Also, I would like to say that I have already consulted a doctor, however, I would like to know if there is someone who can advise me on some training modification or who is training with similar limitations.

I was recently diagnosed with L5-S1 lumbar disc disease, as well as mild spondylosis and mild spondyloarthrosis.

This is something that comes up pretty regularly, I think the discussion I had with Alexia over the weekend might be helpful :point_down:t2:

There will be some things you can do within the app (i.e. exclude certain exericises) and some things you may need to do on your own volition (i.e. adapt an exercise by substituting it for an alternative).
