I love the supersets for lower body. For example a set of dumbbell squats followed by bodyweight squats. Totally smokes my legs in the best way. I’d love if you had that for the upper body though. A set of dumbbell rows followed by pull-ups for time or inverted rows for time. Or dumbbell bench followed by push-ups for time. I’d also love to see weighted pull-ups or chin-ups. Just some suggestions for overloading the upper body a little extra. Keep it up you’re doing great things for the fitness industry!
