Hi everyone. Today, after three weeks off, I did a three-set workout(ultimate strength journey) that also included a 12-rep dumbbell bench press with two 19kg dumbbells. Only on the third set did I do 10 reps with the same 19kg. In the feedback, I ticked yes when it asked me if I should make the changes. My question is, why does the next workout, which includes a dumbbell bench press, give me five sets of 12 reps x 20kg, when today, on the third set, I had to lower the reps with the 19kg weight? That seems strange to me. Thanks.
