What to do when hung over

Hi. I have been with hangover since Sunday… I trained very easily on Monday (adapted to the asiest way) and I see the week keeps the same. I see a hard workday today Wednesday, and a easier on Friday.

I will try to do the one from the Friday and hopefully the coach understands and see I need todays workout on Friday.

What could I expect? I think I really need today’s workout this week!! Let’s pray.

Yup, that’s the thing to do! That’s exactly the kind of reason (well… maybe not specifically hangovers :joy: ) why this flexibility was built in to the training week. If things come up, just do another session from the upcoming week, and whatever the scheduled session was today will just get pushed back to your next scheduled training day :+1:t2:
