Workout of the week

I am curious how can I incorporate the workout of the week to my weekly routines? Would I use another day or at the end of one of my coach days? What would be best in your opinion to not overtraining or injury myself?

Hi @Carlos1, with a friend of mine we usually meet up on Saturdays to do the Workout of the Week. We have found that it doesn’t hugely impact our performance by doing it at the end of the week.
