I’m doing the ‘run and burn’ journey.
During my run sometimes the progress stops and i have to restart the run from zero. Anyone know why this happens.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble here. Are you using an Android device?

Thought this might be the case, so this isn’t an unusual problem with 
devices unfortunately and will affect almost any tracking app that you might have.
The resolution that seems to work in most cases here is to really crank up the performance settings in your phone, which increases tracking performance at the cost of battery life. These settings, for most Android devices live in the Battery options of your device.
For my own device, a Huawei, this is done here 
So, first I go in to my device settings, and I tap in to the Battery settings menu
I then enable the highest performance mode possible
It really does shorten battery life so it’s always worth going back to your original performance mode after any run.
Hopefully, this will help, but there can be other factors at play as well, even down to certain cases affecting tracking on phones.
