In the last few years I got some extra fat and in for the last month I have started intermtente fasting 8/16 and the fat is gettings lower and i’m actually feeling better and a decente energy on all day long.
My nutrician isnt that bad but I’m not getting eat clean as I have a toddler and he loves pasta and I cant say no lool

As a new start, what do you guys recomend? only get workout and slowly add some of the food from nutritian app?

Hi and congrats on getting back onto the healthy track

I wouldn’t say that you need to improve the nutrition slowly. It is ok to improve it more from the start if you can. You body won’t go into any bad form of shock from clean eating  But as many of users on this forum like to say - it is a marathon, not a sprint. So start eating clean as much as your life comfortably allows you to and keep improving!

Hi @Sofia

Thank you for the reply, mostly of the time is clean food, i mean clean food not been can food of factory made, the only day I lost my control is Friday night when I get some take-way and a fizzy drink.

I have been tried to implement some meals from the app as I have used before but my little one is not 100% with but some is happy.

I’m prepared to change my lifestyle than ever, as I getting old and need to show good lifestyle to my kid at least to have some track and influence to follow.

Sounds like you are already on a good track! An occasional takeaway or a treat is not bad and is even recommended, as it is more sustainable than being perfect 100% of the time. If you’ve heard of the Pareto principle, 80% good and 20% treat is the way to go. Just keep your 80% clean.
